Come Enjoy All That Summit County has to offer in this centrally located turn-key condo in Frisco! This location offers year-round FUN! 5-10 Minutes from 4 major ski resorts (Copper Mt., Breckenridge, Keystone & Arapaho Basin. Complex sits on Lake Dillon and 1 mile to Frisco Bay Marina. Hop on miles and miles of prime bike paths right outside our door. Take a short mile and a half walk to Downtown Frisco featuring, shopping, dining and nightlife. Across the street from Whole Foods, Starbucks, Walmart, and many ski sport/rental shops. All the comforts of home in this cute, cozy, comfortable, ground level condo. The Master bedroom has a new Queen size memory foam mattress, large windows, partial mountain views, and TV. There is also a full private bath with a tub/shower, double sink vanity, hair dryer and spacious closet and extra storage shelves. The second full main bath features a double vanity, bathtub, private larger size stack washer/dryer, and hair dryer available. The kitchen/dining/living room are all open to each other. The comfy cozy living room has a gas fireplace, large smart TV, brand new sleeper queen size sofa with 6" memory foam mattress for comfortable sleeping in the living room! Plenty of windows that allow for natural lighting and mountain views, including a sliding glass doorway leading to a balcony off the living room with 4 chairs/small table for morning breakfast and coffee or evening happy hour! The dining area has a large table with seating for 6…with an additional 4 bar stools at the snack bar overlooking the kitchen offering plenty of room for everyone to dine, play games, and plan out your next day’s adventures! The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of extras like automatic drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, all the traditional appliances featuring a second deck off the kitchen where you have a large private gas grill just for you and wonderful mountain views…very convenient not to have to use shared grills! There is a common area trash bin in an enclosure in the parking lot just around the end of building from the condo. Parking is outside in a common parking lot with plenty of space for everyone. Please note: Commercial vehicles are not allowed to park in the complex parking lot. A commercial vehicle is any vehicle that has a company name or logo on it or a larger vehicle that is obviously commercial. We apologize for any inconvenience. Great location with easy access to multiple ski resorts in several directions. Very well kept and clean. One draw back is that people walking around on the floor above can be noisy but it never interfered with sleep.

Condo was clean and well-maintained (excellent maintenance really). Spacious and nicely decorated. Great location near lake in summer, near buses and Frisco transit center for winter skiing. Easy checkin/checkout and Carrie, the property manager, was great to work with. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking with very nice pots and pans. Appliances are in excellent condition. I rented for 4 months and worked remotely with excellent wifi. Plenty of towels, blankets, bedding. Main bed and sofa bed both very comfortable. Heating works great. Lots of hot water. Gas fireplace works great. There is some road noise from I70 when windows are open, but I did not even hear it after 24 hours. Trees offer plenty of privacy when shades are open. Safe location. Plenty of grocery stores, gas and fast food nearby. A couple of great restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. I was very pleased and would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The pullout couch was comfortable for our 2 teen girls & having 2 full baths was very convenient for getting ready. The location was close to everything including the cute downtown areas of Frisco & Breckinridge & having a Walmart right across the street was super convenient. The house had everything we needed & the owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Overall a very nice comfortable condo. The location is great! It was reasonably clean, but it is due for a deep cleaning, especially the carpet. Overall we really enjoyed it and would stay there again.

We stay in VRBO properties all over USA. This one ranks right up near the top. Clean, convenience in every way, plenty of storage for clothes and other items, location was great. Whoever planned this condo thought of everything! And Carrie was awesome to work with. She was most accommodating in every way. We certainly would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Tim and Coleen’s property. It was incredibly clean and spacious. Had everything we needed to cook!!! Perfect location to Breckenridge and Keystone. We will definitely look to stay there again.
