This spacious (3200 sq. ft.) 4BR/4.5BA with additional loft sleeping area is great for multiple families or a large group. Frisco is a fantastic central location for all that Summit County offers year-round: skiing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, boating, or SUP on Lake Dillon. LIVING AREA Upstairs, the loft area with a sofa bed (queen), love seat and armchair is the perfect place to hang out and play games. The downstairs family room is ideal for home entertainment. Relax while watching movies on the 55” Roku-equipped smart TV while the cozy fireplace warms your toes. KITCHEN & DINING The open kitchen/dining room/living room provides a great socializing space. With a fully equipped kitchen, the chefs in your group will have everything they need! When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for ten and additional seating at the bar. BED & BATH This two-story house sleeps up to 12 guests between the four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft area. Awesome house for a troop of skiers, roomy, cozy, apres ski stretching on the thick living room carpet floor, only 5 minutes from the best German beer hall this side of the Mississippi Ein Prosit. We’ll be back!

This location was perfect for our needs and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A very short walk to the lake, a beautiful stream running throughout the properties, easy walk to Marina in Frisco where there is a playground for the little ones and the beach on the lake! Views are gorgeous, of course. Main Street is delightful to explore with easy parking. Close to so many activities - hiking, golfing, biking, playing at the parks and exploring. The home was just as described. Very clean and lots of room to hang out together (we had 8 adults and 2 darling toddlers.) Also, plenty of room to get some private space when needed. You could hardly hear the babies when they fussed or cried in another room. The patio is great for hanging out at different times of the day with the fire pit nearby for more quiet time or gathering. Well supplied kitchen and easy to move around in. Loved the two ovens for our family gathering! Liked the open concept with the kitchen, dining area and living space all open to each other. Can't say enough about our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and felt so comfortble and at home. The host was very nice and quickly responded to questions! Thank you so much! We hope to stay at your lovely home again someday!

We could not have been more pleased with this amazing home for our family stay in the mountains. We had plenty of space for our four young grandchildren and six adults. The deck and surrounding yard was peaceful and fun with the extra bonus of hiking trails and lake nearby. We enjoy staying in Frisco whenever we go to Colorado and hope to return to this house soon!

We had a great stay! The house has everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. It is well kept, clean and a great location for surrounding outdoor activities and downtown Frisco. This is a very nice house in a great location. The neighborhood is safe. The layout of the home is is nice because kids and adults have space to themselves. The owners, Nick & Rachael, are very responsive and good with communication. The kitchen is well stocked and open to the dining room. We will definitely consider staying here again...highly recommended!!
