Very nice

I liked everything, the room was very comfortable, the pool, the bar and the staff. They make good meals for a good price.

It’s literally hidden but not to bad, you can get there very easy in a scooter.

Very nice place but no road...

Nice swimming pool, nice resort, comfortable beds, very helpful staff. Thank you all for your kindness!

If you don't hire a motorcycle you'll be stuck at the resort. Or you'll need a taxi going to the beach or out for a dinner. Also the road is nightmare, but I guess is not a resort fault. It will be nice if there is a kettle in the room and place to hang the clothes for drying

Le calme de l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la piscine

Problèmes d’eau chaude dans la douche, petit déjeuner moyen avec café soluble et pas de glaçons comme demandé la veille. La route qui mène à l’hôtel est très très chaotique si vous louez un scooter.

relax and daze environment

There will be a welcome drink when you check in, and breakfast is included. You can choose from two items, one of which comes with fruit. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but it takes some time to prepare. The room is large, with cabinets, air conditioning, tables and chairs on the balcony at the front door, and beautiful bedside lamps. In addition to the original sink, there is another sink. Swimming pool and garden landscaping can make people feel relaxed and comfortable! The location is located inside the mountain, very quiet and you can enjoy nature. There is a water dispenser

The ride to the hotel was bumpy. Another thing that caused trouble was that we told the hotel staff online that we needed to call a car to take us from the port to the hotel. The staff said yes, but did not call a car for us. In the end, we made several phone calls. I went to inquire, only to receive that I hadn’t requested a taxi yet.

Juste pour une nuit

Si le personnel essaie de faire son maximum pour répondre à nos attentes, nombre de réponses nécessite l aval du propriétaire qui n est jamais là. Vous n avez donc pas vos réponses. La piscine est vraiment superbe. L endroit est calme. La décoration de la chambre est jolie .

La chasse d eau ne fonctionne qu une fois sur deux. Même après l avoir signalé, une personne est venue secouer le mécanisme qui n est pas changé ( j y suis resté 5 nuits!). Le ménage n est pas fait durant le séjour de 5 nuits. L endroit est excentré mais surtout situé au bout d un chemin boueux et dangereux en scooter en cas de pluie. Les fruits au petit déjeuner ont été coupés avec un couteau qui avait coupé de l ail et avait pas été lavé : immangeable ! Le rapport qualité prix n est vraiment pas bon.

Fantastic friendly staff with a clean atmosphere.

The resort is a little out of the way, but renting the affordable scooter is needed for any place on the island. It's well maintained and the staff very attentive. Wifi is strong if you require social media or work access. The only drawback is the rough roads around the resort, but this is because it is newly built. Overall my stay was great as others have mentioned in the reviews. The owners themselves are kind and ensuring a good stay.

Minor inconvenience with the rough roads, but this will be fixed as this is a new location.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft-wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, saubere Zimmer, ein wunderschöner Pool genauso wie auf dem Bild! Super freundliches Personal!

Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr holprig und sollte mal gemacht werden.

Las instalaciones una pasada, las habitaciones grandes con un baño increíble. Cada habitación sale a la piscina. Silencioso, un sitio ideal para relajarte. El personal muy amable.

La mala entrada que tienes, aunque ya lo sabíamos, es un engorro, porque encima nos llovió y se forma barrizal. Pero también hay q decir que es ideal para esa tranquilidad y silencio que da el hotel.

-Looks like new. It was clean. -Staffs were friendly and accommodating -Not much guest so we enjoyed the place and the pool

-Rough road going to the property/resort. -take note that you have to pay for corkage fee if you’ll gonna bring outside food. (i think it was 500 per room) -They have mini restaurant inside but pls order at least 2 hours ahead as it tend too long for them to prepare the foods. Foods were quite expensive. -20mins away from the beach, they offer transportation but you have to pay. (I think 200 per pax)

The family rooms are larger than average with a good internal division and are very comfortable for the family. The pool is very large and pleasant, the staff is very pleasant and helpful in everything. Highly recommend the place for families!

Our room was not cleaned until after we asked after several days. Getting in and out of the place takes time.

Clean and comfortable room, beautiful location and amazing pool. Julie was lovely!

Staff were very noisy whenever they were working, lots of shouting throughout the day which interfered with the peaceful atmosphere. Never met the owner but he was around most days.

Very quiet and relaxing in beautiful surroundings!

Like the name suggests, very hidden and quiet away from the beaches. Small private Inn with a great friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and pool. Free rides to Alona beach, which is a few miles away. Loved it. Good food and drinks at the restaurant. A great place to get away and relax! Excellent value for your money! Will stay here again!

It was 7/10, the staffs are friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

It’s very nice and clean.

They don’t honor senior discounts and the location is horrible, you have to access the bumpy uncemented road for about 15 minutes. Also the pool has limited time during the night.

Great value very peaceful and clean

The place is relatively new so it was clean and things worked well, it was great value for money and it was very quiet I would go back again. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was good. we enjoyed our time there

the location is not great as the road to the hotel is not properly made and full of potholes also the hotels vehical only takes you in the morning to the beach other hotels offered the service all day as it suited customers

Clean and spacious

Rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice, although only 2 options. The bed was very comfortable and the resort felt safe once inside it

It’s in a difficult location down a very rocky dirt track. Best way to get around is to rent scooters which you can do from the hotel. Lots of bugs around, so depends if you mind them in your room

the staff are friendly specially julie..even lulu and bruno are guest oriented. the pool is wonderful. the rooms are very good.

the 1km road going to this resort is a rough road...passing to this road is like your in a cruise ship during rough sea condition...they can improve this by putting cheap gravel stone to this rough road..and i am sure that their number of guest will dramatically increase. their sweet and sour pork needs to improve...i am a chef on a ship...the sauce for sweet and sour is simply 1 is to 1 ratio of sugar to vinegar then a little soysauce,garlic,ginger,pineapple etc. and also they can only cook lunch starting 1pm,what if the guest are very hungry before 1pm?

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome . I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I liked everything about the stay from the pool,food,staff,area to the beautiful clean kept apartments, worth every penny and away from the hustle and bustle so you can just chill, the staff and owner made our stay and chuffed to bits we found Hidden Lagoon Resort in Panglao. The stay was amazing and being disabled I was made to I feel very comfortable and cosy,, will be going to Hidden Lagoon Resort Panglao yearly now , if you got a disability I , recommended Hidden Lagoon Resort you won't be disappointed, See you all next year and thanks for everything , take care from Steve and Lara

we loved our stay here. Rooms were clean and big, the pool was very nice and the breakfast was super good. Staff was super sweet and friendly. The guy during night was really helpful and Julie was really sweet!

Resort in my opinion was substandard for international caliber. Access road needed major improvemen

Housekeeping staffs were friendly and accomodating. Receptionist was polite but need to be trained on how to deal with customers most especially foreigner who needed basic assistance

Bathrooms was untiled and no proper ventilation. Our windows doesnt have insect screen and so mosquito were all over
