Bad wifi in room. Friendly staff. Helped me out with solution by sitting in the restaurant. Was allowed to take own drinks with me, due to the fact that I couldn't use wifi on our room.

I thought the spa was included. Wasnt clear to me in the hurry of booking a hotel near my course.
I asked for a vat note, but didn't receive one, also not after asking by email.

Continental Breakfast was really good. Coffees are great. The espresso machine and kettle service in the room was a very nice extra :) `
Location is perfect if you're interested in World War II sightseeings, hence the reason we chose this one.
Window in the bedroom wasn't able to open horizontally, only vertically . It got warm in the room and there was no AC.

Shower was good.
The hotel needs a lot of TLC. II've stayed on several occasions previously & it has deteriorated. There are carpets in the corridors that are threadbare && the rooms definitely need to be redecorated & improvements to the non-existant aircon.
The reception/check-in can be more welcoming & staff need to be more pleasant & efficient. Unless things improve I wont be staying or recommending it to others. Soory guys but whilst the spa is brilliant the hotel is a letdown.
