The Breakfast was very nice, had a nice variety of food to offer the staff was making sure we had everything that we wanted.
The location of the hotel is very good, you have the beautiful views of the Lake Como and the easy few step walk to access the ferries and boats to other locations around Lake Como.

Idyllic location, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room with a firm mattress, spacious bathroom too, quiet well maintained pool, prices extremely reasonable at the hotel bar, vast selection choice at breakfast with super efficient service
Only one thing, our room 213 was above the breakfast room kitchen and woke us every day at 6am which was a real shame as not what you want on holiday. You could hear the kitchen equipment being used on and off from 6am onwards.

The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful — facing the lake and surrounded by peaceful scenery. The staff were kind, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
The location was quite far from Como city center and not very easy to reach, especially if you plan to walk or go out frequently. The breakfast selection was very limited and could be improved.
