Breakfast as excellent. The shop faciliries slso were good.
I had been informed b4 travelling that due to rennovatoon works being carried out we had to stay at their sister hotel which was opposite. I was not told that we had to find a way to get across 6 lanes of motorway to reach it. The hotel instructions inserted into our gps took us in and around Loja for over an hour and then we had to find next wxit/entry to arrive at sister hotel. Not good enough.
Arrival evening at around 7pm hardly any food available in restaurant. Just one small slice of pizza. Lovely pic of pasta bol but none available. I had to settle for a bowl of salad with a bit of tuna sprinkled over it with the result an houe later I was very hungry.
Added to this a member of staff said I could take my dog into the restsurant amd once in there, another officiius member of staff embarrased me by telling me to remove my dog. How else could I choose, collect food and pay for it?
Finally, be prepared if you have a dog, to pay 20 euros a night for the job of cleaning your room when you vacate ...... my opinion is that my well behaved non shedding dog created at lot less bacteria than an incontinent baby or toddler so why should I pay more?
