Everything was amazing. The scenery was lovely. The staff were the best, from the porter to the restaurant managers to the cleaners and waiters. It was a great experience. We are definitely planning on booking again. Thank you to all
I think the signage could be better from the parking to the reception. It was a bit difficult to initially find the reception. But other than that, it was all amazing

The porter Nkosinathi was extremely helpful with our luggage. He also ferried us up and down between Carnivore and our room. I know this is his job, but he went beyond his job. His friendliness was so amazing, and made us feel welcome.
The breakfast was a major let down. No buffet, as we normally would expect. It was absolutely a bad way to end off the overnight stay. Management must please have a look at improving the breakfasts, if not served as buffet. The staff in the restaurant was amazing, only the food itself was a let down.
