The location, fresh food and drinks, friendliness of the family who run the hotel, the opportunity to easily meet new and interesting people, and the kayak outings/weekend parties (we didn't get the chance to attend), make this a really special hotel. The family who runs the hotel is knowledgeable about the island, offered good recommendations, and my friend and I felt welcomed into the fold of the various guests who return each year. It was a welcoming, relaxing, and educational stay for me and I hope to return next year.

Perfect location. A little separate from the rest of the village overlooking its own beach and sea area. Activities. Very helpful and have equipment they are happy to let you borrow. Rooms comfortable. Shower very small but hot water and clean, even if dated. Wonderful balcony. Thoughtful items for guests. Has its own bar and offers food. Fabulous stay!
The Wi-Fi was patchy. But perhaps that was just our room. Outside it worked fine. I didn’t like leaving!!

Costa Chris and Julie were wonderful they treated us like family, the grounds are nice a bit wild but plenty of seating for evening drinks and relaxing.

Location can’t be beat! friendly, fun, knowledgeable hosts. Fantastic beach! Lots of character!
Solar powered hot water, so cold showers half the time. Beds rock hard & uncomfortable. Two twin beds only for a queen size. Same breakfast every day - no variety.
