Branding it Sheraton gave more confidence of quality. Best fluffy towels, must be from new ownership.
My room smelled of cigarette smoke. I brought it to the attention of the staff who didn’t remedy the situation.
It seems as though it was old smoke in the ventilation system or something similar.
