It was a great experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. All of the employees were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The waiters were especially kind and attentive, and the service was very fast. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

Breakfast was very good,lunch and dinner not so good.
Lunch and dinner was not the best,I also didn’t like the presentation person, my finance and I told her no multiply times that we didn’t want to sign up for the traveling credit or whatever it was and she wouldn’t take no for a answer. I eventually told my fiancé let’s go because I was getting annoyed.

We love the staff!! Our cabana server Angel was the best! He catered to our every need, and made sure my whole family was well taken care of. We traveled with my sister who was 30 weeks pregnant. He made sure she was well fed and had cold water her entire visit. The cabana attendant Carlos always made sure we had a shady cabana by ocean breeze available, couldn’t have made it through the heat with a pregnant woman without their amazing customer service. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Facilities were beautiful. We only stayed in this particular room for one night. We actually had the reserve room after for 4 nights and it was amazing.
We are beach people. So, not being able to go into te water was unpleasant and the snd was really rough (rock like). So not being able to sit on a beautiful beach was definitely something we will never return to. Also the treatment we received at the airport was hostile and threatening. They took our money and threatened to detain us.
