Most of everything was great the price was good the entertainment and guess staff was great the interaction with other guests very nice the pool nice and clean
There was one thing that I did like at all
The front desk person who was supposed to welcome us had a very bad attitude she was almost rolling her eyes when we asked questions about the room or the hotel in general,
And other thing I was not pleased with was not to have bed spreads I n the beds not even a single blanket to cover areselfs at night time 😕 we went to the reseption desk to ask for a blanket but it wasn't any body in the desks the guy in charge of the gate entrance tray to help us calling someone to help but nobody answered so we covered areselfs with the beach towels

Hubo percepción de falta de personal, en la recepción y limpieza, un día no hicieron limpieza en la habitación en habitaciones y tambien se ve que falta personal de limpieza en los pasillos y en la zona de albercas.

Very outdated hotel
Windows in the bathroom need to be fixed
No blankets
Lots of ants
Lines at the bar were always so long. At least a 40-minute wait for a drink
Línes for buffet are ridiculous long
Not enough lounge chairs
And check-in was crazy. There are too many people in the lobby, and only 2 workers are checking people in! It took forever.
