Stay OK for Zante.

Breakfast is good, same food every day, coffee not great, but also depends on taste. Location is quiet, at the end of the town centre, there is no beach in front !!! Or actually there is a spot to go swimming. Room is comfy; receptionist very helpful and nice!

Not to write there is a beach in front!!! It is a lie and influences the choice.

Cozy hotel by the beach

Palatino hotel was a great choice for our vacation. It is located just few minutes walk from the beach (the beach is nice but stony, there is also a beach bar where you can rent the sunbeds and umbrella), it is also close to the town centre, cafes and restaurants. The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, really adding up to the pleasant stay. Room had a big balcony, was clean and spacious. Breakfast and especially dinner buffet exceeded our expectation, simple but really tasty and fresh food, with quite a few choices and dinner meals were also different every night. Strongly recommended hotel.

Comfortable and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go

The aircon in the room was good and very much needed. The bed was very comfy and I enjoyed my little balcony with a view of the sea. The room was clean.

The bathroom was a little small and the shower was only just big enough. It was cramped so the shower curtain kept sticking to me and there was a bit of a smell. The decor is a bit dated for instance the wallpaper and the carpet. The breakfast is average and could have been better. There was no plug socket near the bed so I had to charge my phone overnight on the desk so not within reach to find out the time. The fuse box cover kept falling on me and indeed the shower head kept falling on me.

Exceptional

The room was clean and they cleand it every day. The breakfast was various and delicious. The foods in the restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great location. Helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms look like in the pictures.

We had a half board option - the dinner menu sometimes did not meet our expectations.

Most enjoyable and happy with the hotel facilities and location.

Good and varied breakfast and welcoming staff on hand to help. Large room with daily cleaning including towels changed everyday.

Very good ratio - price & quality

- friendly staff, helped us with everything (at the reception they gave us information, called taxis for us, when needed) - the ladies from the breakfast area were very friendly, they were carefull at what was missing, were cleaning the tables very quickly (good, good job!) - clean rooms, quite big, the ladies from the cleaning came everyday (changed the towels, toillet papers etc, refilled the mini bar (it was a basic one, but with good prices at water and sodas)) - the hotel is close to the city center, but in a quiet area, so it's perfect

If you are a used to 4 or 5 stars hotels, you have to know that in Greece, in general, even though they say is 4 star, is actually a 3 star. It's not luxury but is ok. - the lights in the rooms weren't that bright

Great hotel stay , very comfortable beds and great location as you are a 2 min walk away from the beach . The hotel also allows you to rent out beach towels which is very helpful !

Superb

The staff was exceptional, friendly and always very nice, meeting all our requests, both at reception and restaurant. The rooms were cozy and very clean, the meals at dinner were better than at most restaurants and tavernas we have been eating at all week long. Briefly put, a great hotel!
