Great location, fantastic stuff and great value for money. I would book a hotel like Valeo any day against a more upscale hotel with lower value for money. The free room upgrade was nice too.

Location is great if you want to be in the middle of Balchik, close the everything that you need during the stay. Also, free parking is very close - the car will get very dirty from the dust, as the parking lot is pretty basic, but it’s safe and free so quite a good deal after all. Good breakfast place is very close as well.
The amenities are decent. The place is proper for a weekend getaway.
They could make some investment in bedding, it looks and feels old and outdated.
