Bedrooms Villa Halima Alexandros has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Additional bed available: 1 Folding bed. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Halima Alexandros has 3 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.0m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.10m; Deep End = 1.80m Aspect: North Facing Pool Access: Roman Steps Additional Pool Features: Pergola, Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Pool Shower. Air-Conditioning The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required. Pets - not allowed

Great holiday! The villa was truly amazing and the grounds were stunning. It was clean and the cleaner visited us two times during our stay for a light cleaning and to change the bedding and towels. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, tavernas, and bars, as well as a supermarket. Will definitely be staying at this villa again, hopefully very soon.

The villa is excellent. Very clean and well maintained by Alex and Katarina who are a lovely Greek couple who came every day to maintain the pool and clean the exterior area. The interior was cleaned once a week. The villa is very well kitted out with everything you will need. The beach is 100 metres away and there are sunbeds 200 metres away next to the excellent Plage restaurant where you can get drinks and food, and also there are toilets, and changing facilities next to the restaurant. More restaurants can be found along the short walk into town along the lovely promenade. There is a car hire company 100 metres away who i can recommend as we used them called Petrides. We have had a wonderful stay and have enjoyed every minute.

A wonderful experience to stay in the Villa Halima Alexandros. Everything catered for, a proper relaxing and private Villa. Well done to Agni Travel on presenting top class accommodation at prices that are within reach of most holiday makers. 5 star service at prices for less. The villa was lovely. The comfort inside and outside of the villa was just perfect. Comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, and most important near to the beach. The pool was really big and gave us enough space to enjoy ourselves as we were 8 people. Nearby are also a lot of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Savored every moment of our stay and we definitely will book again with this company.

We just spent 10 days here and the property was really good! Nice and clean, the pool and house cleaners were very friendly as well. It has everything a family needs and I would happily stay here again. The only comment is that they have changed the name of two of the villas so we ended up taking a little time to work out which was ours. But that is a minor grumble. Otherwise all good and a fantastic holiday!

The best property we have rented in latchi. But the description slightly misleading. It said 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There were two upstairs and two downstairs. The pool man and his wife were delightful and the cleaning maid was superb

We had villa number 3 and it was the perfect getaway. Very close to the beach (walking distance) Alex & Cathy the owners made us feel very welcome. Villa & pool was spotless. Will defiantly be looking to rebook soon !! Thank you

Haus, Garten und Pool sind schön. Allerdings ist die Straße genau am Garten vorbei vielbefahren und laut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist schön und Latchi ist in Laufentfernung. Leider hatten wir zeitweise sehr laute Nachbarn.

The timer on the air conditioning failed but was repaired very quickly. Overall, a great villa for us. Yes, we would recommend to others and would certainly return. Thanks very much.
