Property was very nice. I’m not sure why the cleaning fees are so high, house didn’t seem to be vacuumed or mopped. Keys were not in lockbox, after a while owners came over to check so I was getting ready to call realtor then found back door was left unlocked! Glass Shower door was broken before we arrived, then a handy-man/realtor came and put up a shower curtain that fell just about every time the shower was used. We loved the location and the house, overall we had a great time.

Cute cottage in quiet neighborhood
Very cute, well maintained cottage on Great Island. Close to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Great breeze off of the salt pond all day long. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around in and the neighbors all say hello. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this cute cottage. So close to the beach. Cozy living room was perfect for that rainy day. We had one small issue but the management company and the owner dealt with it promptly. I hope we can be back next year.

34 Mollusk Rd is at the end of a street across from water. It has a great living room space and a well appointed kitchen. We were a group of 4 adults and the house was a perfect size. We loved walking to the docks in Galilee to buy fresh lobster off the boat! A day trip to Block Island via ferry was simple and delightful.

Firstly I would like to thank the Lila Delman group for trying to manage a very difficult situation. Their staff was kind and courteous and was our intermediary with our land lord. We arrived to a very cute rental on Saturday July 3. By Monday July 5 we realized we had a problem. That morning we found hundreds of flying ants in our kitchen. We cleaned up thoroughly but waited until Tuesday to call because it was a holiday. Tuesday morning we called and the management staff assured us the would call the owners about pest control. Moments later they contacted us that the owner would send over an exterminator. We waited all day to no avail.in fact my husband had to go out at midnight and purchase more bug spray. The next morning we again awoke to flying ants. This time we took pictures and sent them to our management company. They called our owners again who responded that the exterminator would be there that day, Wednesday and we should ‘not worry about it and they would take care of everything’. The exterminator came about 2:30 just as we arrived back from the beach. We helped him, the owners were totally not involved although we were told they live across the street. Every morning after the exterminator we still woke up to a kitchen floor of flying ants and had to vacuum daily on our vacation. I believe we are due at least our cleaning fees if not the bulk of our money back except what should go to the Lila Delman group as they earned their fee. I’m sure this will not happen, but in good faith it should. Susan July 10, 2021
