Located in Great Island, this attractive house for $386 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Conveniently located to multiple Narragansett Beaches! Great summer rental with water views, dock access to salt pond, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Excellent rental choice for guests who enjoy the outdoor and summer activities! Close to all Narragansett Beaches and great local restaurants. This property is managed by Narragansett Properties, we are available to guests when needed. This three bedroom, one and a half bathroom home is beautifully up to date-- includes central AC, all new appliances, nice kitchen, dining, and family room with large screen TV, Wifi, & cable Included. The backyard has a lovely patio with furniture and barbecue. Plus, everyone's favorite amenity-- an outdoor shower for convenient showering after beach.

The usual house I normally rent wasn’t going out for rent this year. Nervously I booked another home, thankfully it was this one! First off the house is VERY clean upon arrival. Spotless! The home has been beautifully updated. Appliances, countertops, furniture all very nice. The yard nice, fenced in, and private. The neighborhood is fantastic. Close to beaches, nice homes, and quiet. Friendly neighbors as well. The only suggestions I would have, and they are minor. The three beds are all very high. Comfortable but high. My Mom, who is shorter (5’4”) had a tough time getting in and out but slept well once in. So for elderly or kids they may be tough. Also the streaming service (Pluto?). Couldn’t get local channels, but was able to air-drop local news using mg phone. They have Netflix though. But again, minor in comparison. Absolutely beautiful home, and great stay! Highly recommend!

Cute comfortable house. A few problems with tv not connecting to the wifi while the wifi was connected to two iPads. Only LG tv. Limited channels. Auto exhaust fans in both bathrooms came on and off throughout the night. I did text for maintenance and received an immediate response. I found it odd that we were required to wash dish towels etc as I thought our cleaning fees would have covered it and we left at 6am so it was quite inconvenient. Plenty of parking never found/saw kayak or paddle boards. Over all it was a good stay.

We had a great week in Narragansett in this cute cottage. It had everything we needed, the layout is great, and the backyard was a fun place to hangout. We loved that the backyard is FULLY fenced which was perfect for our dog and toddler! We loved walking to the dock, the neighborhood is quaint and quiet but still a quick drive to the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely recommend this rental!
