There was no breakfast, not included, any way the restaurant is closed for this season, as are many facilities. The location is quite far from any interesting places, even for bar restaurants or anything, its in a lonely location. The view from my room was gorgeous. In summer could be very hot, as it has sun all the day, from the dawn to the set. The TV set is old fashioned. The rooms are large, 20 metres long. A large balcony, the kitchen is in the hall. The matress in the room needs change so as well as the sofás, worn out. Large table for 6. The tub is slippery be careful. There are 2 labs.

The staff were reasonably nice. Victoria in reception was very helpful the rest of the reception staff could certainly avail of some customer service training. The staff at pool bar var were exceptionally accomidating and pleasant.to deal with. Restaurant staff were helpful.
So where do we start. THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING FOR THE DURATION OF OUR STAY. THE BALCONY IN OUR ROOM WAS VERY BAD ,PAINT PEELING OFF THE WALLS , THE TABLE WAS FILTHY WITH COFFEE STAINS , THE CLOTHES HORSE WAS BROKEN, THE TOILET SEAT DIDNT FIT, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN ,THE PLUG HOLE IN SINK WAS BROKEN ANN THE BALCONY DOOR DID NOT LOCK . THEY FIXED BALCONY DOOR AND SHOWER AFTER THREE DAYS. WE HAD TO ASK FOR THE SHEETS TO BE CHANGED..
