The convenience of the kitchen
Close to most areas
Parking was challenging especially if returning late at night, no parking. Guest are also not considerate. They park on two spots limiting to no availability to other guests. We asked for no room cleaning required and housekeeping went in and cleaned.

Good location with parking
Rooms could do with some renovation. Roosters are in the neighbourhood and can be heard from very early in the morning.

We had two apartments to fit 8 people. They were lovely apartments. Simple, but exactly what we needed. 15 mins walk down to the main strip so close to everything but in a quieter location, great.

The studio had a reasonable area;
Relatively close to commercial surfaces.
The cleanliness of the studio fell far short of expectations, especially the bathroom and kitchenette.
Bad soundproofing.
Most of the lights in the room didn't work.
The equipment available was quite worn out and some in very poor condition.
