Best Western Premier Montfleuri

What a little gem! Very welcoming, intimate little hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Room was adequate in size with a lovely outlook to the sea and a little balcony. The pool was a bonus. This hotel is quite small (which is why it feels so cosy and friendly) but has everything you could possibly wish for or need. We reserved the parking area which was very secure and with the town itself being a short walk away, with no need for using our vehicle, we felt that it was safely parked during our stay until we left a few days later.

I liked all of it! My only suggestion would be that the alcove and desk area in our room would have been a perfect place to put a large mirror as it could have a dual purpose - both as a work desk and vanity area. I prefer to style my hair with my own hairdryer rather than use the already provided one which means you need to hold the operating trigger continuously. Likewise, I also prefer to do makeup in the bedroom rather than the bathroom as it means that my husband can have his shower whilst I get ready in another area. Other than that it’s a darling little hotel, very well furnished, immaculately clean, cleverly thought out, and super, super friendly. I will definitely return.

The rooms were nice and pretty comfortable. The location was good

The service is terrible. The woman at the reception was kind of rude and was not intending to help. Also no one helped with the luggage. Being a young woman I had to carry heavy luggage up to the room at my own.

Fabulous walking distance to the town

The pool area was great. Kids could touch the bottom which meant we could relax, & wasn’t busy could always manage a lounger. Massage was great, very pleasant lady!

The lady that checked us in said there was no parking available, even though we booked the hotel on the basis there was ‘on site parking’ not sure this is the hotel or a booking.com issue. Maybe needs to be more clear that it has to be booked separately, and also that’s it £30 per night to park. We managed to park on the street about 10 mins away, which isn’t ideal in 35 degree heat with lots of luggage. We tried to book a massage in the evening around 9:30pm when we’re heading back to our room for the night, and the same lady said I’d have to ask staff in the morning as she finished at 12pm and didn’t have time :/ The next morning we asked the different member of staff on reception about parking, and she said there was in fact parking available & couldn’t understand why we had been told otherwise. When you’re paying £30 a night to park I can’t see why we were refused it- very strange. This second, very helpful reception attendant also booked us a massage and was all round great! Parking was fine & secure once we managed to get in it.
