Die Lage war hervorragend und das Apartment sauber und großzügig. Besonders praktisch war, dass man bequem mit dem Aufzug zum Apartment gelangte. Auch die sichere Unterbringung unseres Autos in der Tiefgarage (12 € pro Tag) war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück im Hotel fanden wir auch absolut ausreichend und gut.
Der Check-in war etwas umständlich, da das Kartenterminal unsere Karten nicht akzeptierte. Deshalb mussten wir zunächst zu einem Geldautomaten gehen, um Bargeld für die Kaution zu holen. Der sehr nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang konnte nichts dafür und war bemüht, uns zu helfen. Außerdem war die WLAN-Verbindung im Apartment nicht besonders gut.

Non mi aspettavo un alloggio così bello e confortevole. Inoltre il personale si è mostrato gentile e disponibile. Mi sono ritrovato in una vera e propria piccola casa. Tutto era perfetto, nuovo e di buon gusto. L'angolo cottura era fornito di tutti gli accessori necessari per un comodo soggiorno in piena autonomia. Nelle vicinanze si trovavano negozi, supermercato, fornaio. Le fermate dei bus urbani erano comode da raggiungere

La ubicación fantástica. Céntrico, y se podía aparcar gratis en la puerta.
La segunda cama era un sofá cama.
La cocina no tenía de nada, en cuanto a cosas a a usar: papel de cocina, aceite, sal....
Y te obligaban a fregar los platos, y para ello te daban un kit de limpieza minúsculo, que tenías que racionar con cuidado.

We like the location and parking.
It is rather expensive while it's not very special or particularly comfortable. We left 3 new items in the fridge by accident. We realized half an hour after we checked out. We called immediately and asked to have the items set outside and we will return for them. We were told no problem but after returning to the hotel we were told the items were thrown out. It appears the communication among the staff is not great.
