Exceptional location in the center of Thessaloniki. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Comfy beds and pillows. Rich breakfast with a very good variety of options, including freshly made pancakes and local puff pastry.
Although the rooms are renovated, the hotel's interior is overall dated. The room was rather tight, making it hard to fit a big open suitcase. Single use soaps and shampoo bottles could be replaced with larger refillable dispensers. Quality of the coffee offered at the breakfast could be better.
