The pool area was brilliant and closeness of the Chinese restaurant
It was very tired even though the room has had a refurbishment in recent years ,
Shower drain was blocked and caused surface flooding in the bathroom- vinyl floor in bedroom hasn’t seen a mop since the refurb -road between pool and reception bare dirt and trip hazard

Pool great room location great had balcony. Bed spacious and comfortable. Great location close to CBD. Weather good . All staff friendly and accommodating.
No lock in inside of bedroom door. No privacy sign to hang outside door for your own personal safety and more privacy. Cleaners has access to the room even if u were still inside the room and were resting and did not hear the door knocking from outside . Car park good although a can be a bit tight for wider or longer vehicle types .

Location was best, undercover parking and lift to second floor great, as we are elderly. The beds and pillows were first class. The bathroom was very modern and large. No noise in complex.
The hotel is in need of some maintenance. Shutters on windows broken and do not shut out the light.
The fridge was our main problem. Because we stayed for 1 week we needed to keep milk, drinks, cheese etc cold. The fridge is not adequate and barely keeps things cool, let alone cold. We had to go and buy an esky and ice as manager said there was nothing he could do. These fridges need to be looked at as we were told they are new and been replaced in all rooms.

The room was really nice and the location was great
The breakfast was very disappointing. We left without eating any of it. It was a buffet style breakfast and I’m not confident anything was fresh. Crusty bread, stale cereal, questionable smelling eggs, we just weren’t game enough to eat anything. It’s a shame because the rest of the place is really nice. If the breakfast was fixed it could easily be a 10/10
