La proximité avec le centre ville top ++
L'isolation phonique est absente. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs, les chasses d'eau, les rideaux qui se tirent chez les voisins et l'extérieur +++
La bonde de douche bouchée et le wc situé de telle façon qu on pouvait pas s'y asseoir (on est grands) de face car la vitre de la douche nous y en empêchait.
