Located in Orford, this lovely house for $131 per night is a great choice for your next trip. With sweeping views across Prosser Bay and to Maria Island, our modern shack has a relaxed coastal vibe and is suitable for a couple, families or a group of friends. The open plan living area spills onto both front and back decks, all with stunning 270-degree views. The back deck contains an eight-seat table, a three-seat bar, and an outdoor lounge. The front deck has a lounger and a two-seat table. Inside you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen while still entertaining your group at the four stool island bench, eight-seat table, or seven seated lounge area. If you don't want to watch TV or a DVD from the well-stocked collection, you can complete a puzzle, play one of the many board games or read a book as you relax and watch the weather move across the bay. Please note that WiFi is not included. The modern bathroom contains a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, a double sink with a large mirror, and a second toilet. Please note, while we cater for groups up to eight (8) this is not a party house. Please respect our neighbors. 😊

Spent a week here with our young family and had a wonderful time. Great location, fantastic views, comfortable with lots of activities and kitchen necessities. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return.

Amazing water views, everything needed is available and very clean. Close to beach and IGA. Great time with family and R&R. Allison is quick to respond to queries. Thankyou for a lovely, stress free holiday will be back.

we chose this property for its location in Orford, close to the Maria Island ferries in Triabunna. We spent 5 nights here and cannot reccomend the house highly enough. We are seniors so the peaceful surroundings suited us very well. The house contains everything you need, has wonderful sea views and you can hear the gentle sound of surf too. The best choice in Orford or Triabunna.

The house was pretty comfortable with most facilities we needed. Kids enjoyed the fireplace as we stayed here in colder month. The pricing was pretty competitive. The town of Orford is less busy which is suitable for anyone wanting a laid back holiday. Easy to get to Hobart, Launceston and Port Arthur. The beaches are a walking distance. I will highly recommend it to anyone exploring the east coast of Tasmania.

A great house with all you need both indoors and outside. We made good use of the full sized kitchen and the view from the main living area and bedroom was beautiful.

We spent two nights here and had everything we needed. Spectacular views, very comfortable beds and clean as a whistle 👌 Very well equipped kitchen, and two decks to enjoy the sun or be more sheltered. Loved the fire pit. Lucky it was very conveniently located a short walk from the IGA so we could get marshmallows. Thanks for having us 😃

We had an awesome time, the house was lovely and the kids enjoyed all the jigsaw puzzles and board games. Beautiful views and easy access to some great walks. Will definitely be staying again.

The property had amazing views and was very well equipped. The place was suitable for 8 people with space at the front and back of the house with stunning water and Maria Island views from the decks. Communication regarding the booking was prompt and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic views from the living area and main bedroom. Facilities decent although lacking wifi. Cleanliness lacking a little but overall a very nice place to stay. Property manager also had excellent communication and quickly addressed minor issues (Brocken key).

Our two night stay was easy from the word go, booking this property, checking in and all communication with the host was fabulous! Arriving at the property we were amazed of the stunning views from so living areas overlooking the water and maria Island! The house was clean, modern and well set up for our group of two families with children and would also suit a couple or a group of friends. We would highly recommend 😁

The property was very clean, modern and tidy with fabulous water views and sunrises. It had almost everything we needed for a great stay. A radio would have been a nice touch as would a replacement DVD remote. We had brought some DVD box sets with us but we were unable to move on to the next episodes on the disc without a remote control. Also it would have been useful to know that the hot water ran from bottled gas. Whilst we are familiar with using this, prior knowledge would have been great, as would larger gas bottles. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would possibly book here again if above suggestions were implemented.

A lovely modern house with stunning views and multiple comfortable spaces to enjoy the sun or cosy wood heater. Orford was wet when we visited but between showers we enjoyed the cliff top walks and views over Maria Island. Allison was a lovely host and warned us that there was no TV reception but it didn’t sink in, so remember to take your cable to connect to screen. We’d love to come back with a crowd and use this beautiful house with easy access from Hobart.

Beautiful house in an ideal location which was perfect for our group. Allison was easy to contact and was on top of things regarding check in queries etc. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful spot, I will be back!
