Ideal for our needs, close to town centre shops bars and restaurants of which there are plenty to choose from.

Great location for centre of town.

No parking although was a car park reasonably nearby for £7 / 24 hours.

Pleasant

The property was nice and clean

Too much unnecessary charges on every single thing and that limited us from using much of the utensils and we have to stay most of the hours out of the house and just come back for sleeping to avoid being blamed of anything.

Wonderful house, excellent location right near the centre and large spacious rooms.

Bigger property than appeared, very close to centre, excellent facilities

Noisy street and very hot in house (but was a warm day). Some people found beds too firm but some preferred this!

Comfortable stay, very handily situated property for Worcester.

the property was comfortable and clean. it was very well situated for all that Worcester has to see.

no dishwasher, steep stairs to second floor, not the nicest of areas, although we had no problems, but so handy for Worcester city centre.

Great place for a great getaway with friends

Fantastic size with great communal spaces. Great for a big group and an easy space to have a great time in. Very clean and tidy, with comfy beds and impressive bathrooms.

It wasn’t clear from the booking.com advertisement that we had to pay a damage deposit of £300 and had to sign a document with photo ID attached until after we’d paid the booking fee (only 50% refundable). We are happy to pay the deposit but would appreciate it having been made clearer in advance. The kitchen was missing some useful items e.g. oven gloves, but we let the staff know and they were receptive. The property has very steep staircases so probably wouldn’t be suitable for less mobile guests, and there are student houses next door (not too noisy, but audible).

Weekend Trip (Wedding)

We visited this property as a family of 9 adults for a wedding. The property is very clean and spacious. Each bedroom has the right furniture from wardrobes and bedside tables and lamps. Beds comfy and bedding of high quality. Bathrooms very clean and user friendly. (No locks on the door) Kitchen has all the utensils you would require. Living room spaces good, tv with a fire stick and WiFi provided. Management very user friendly and very responsive with messages.

Not being able to park at the property however knew about that before and there is a pay and display at the top of the road (2min walk)

A brilliant stay in a lovely, comfortable house with a great location.

The location was excellent for exploring the city of Worcester. One of our group came by train and it was a five minute walk from the station which was excellent. The whole house was comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated. The fifth bed (a sofa bed) in the lounge downstairs meant we all had a separate room which was a bonus. The bedding and towels were beautifully clean and the kitchen was well equipped and comfortable.

Trip with friends

The place was really clean and had clearly been recently furnished to a high standard. The location was really good within a few minutes walk of the city centre.

There were two very steep flights of stairs without very effective banisters. These would be dangerous for young children or older people. We found them difficult. There is no instruction manual which would have been a big help. The property is run by a company and although their contact was efficient it felt very impersonal.

4 bedroom house acceptable but surrounded by students partying,not conducive to a good nights sleep

Position of the house in proximity to city Comfortable bedrooms but lacked storage Well equipped kitchen

The house is situated next to student housing where partying continued throughout the night and very early hours .Little sleep and woken by banging on our door at 7.30 am Guest homes poor agents booking process very long winded need to jump through hoops during booking process and agents did not always communicate well .Payed an additional fee per head for late checkout but was then told we couldn't have it .Once they realised that payment had been made for late checkout they eventually clarified that this had been agreed However despite ongoing messaging the cleaner turned up at 1000 instead of 1200...awkward experience wouldn't use the company again No welcome pack instructions or personal touches
