J'ai passé un séjour détente et agréable, reposant.

En ce qui concerne la piscine je pense qu'il faudrait des jets en hauteur pour le bien être de la tête dos et épaules, autrement tout est impeccable.

J'ai aimé la taille des chambres, l'accès au spa, le personnel aux petits soins, la propreté, le check out à midi avec possibilité de profiter encore du spa, l'environnement calme, le parking, le petit déjeuner copieux.

Le restaurant nous a un peu déçus mais pour le prix du menu et la quantité dans l'assiette, ça reste un bon rapport qualité/prix et le personnel est sympathique. Le système d'allumage du chauffage dans la salle de bains est un peu compliqué.

Jour d'ouverture donc plutôt calme, personnel fort sympathique, chambre simple mais confortable et très bon petit déjeuné.

Période de travaux donc réveillés tôt par le bruit des machines...

Three nice days surrounded by greenery and with good meals, a nice pool, a good family atmosphere.

The pool is good for all, but on the third day, my skin and eyes were too irritated to go in the water. Sitting outside by the pool was very nice except when the last day a smoker empoisoned the air, and I left. The steam room is very relaxing. Family atmosphere, the meal are nice.

There were fewer than the last time, but I hate smokers, they destroy the healthy environment. I don't like suffering from the irritating pool water. The rooms were too warm and it is not even summer. Ventilation is poor. I don't like air conditioning abuse, but turning it on a little would be helpful when it is too stuffy or hot.

- cold swimming pool - lack of options in the menu for dinner - lack of parking space - lack of information about swimbath suits (we had to buy a suit at the hotel because our was not accepted)

Great value for money

The rooms were large and have balconies. The toilet and bathroom were separate. Ours also had a full size fridge. Whilst there were no shutters the curtains kept out the light very well. The indoor swimming pool, hamman and sauna are free to use for hotel guests. But if you want a spa treatment you'd need to book ahead as they get booked up early. Breakfast was OK. There were a variety of pastries, some hot food, good quality jams, various hot drinks and 2 types of juice.

Everything was great so nothing to complain about :)

The swimming pool was nice

The breakfast was bad and yet very expensive The room didn't have AC and didn't look like it had been renovated in the last 50 years The beds were not comfortable The TV was small and the subtitles couldn't be removed

Lovely and cozy hotel to stay and move around this beautiful area

staff is welcoming, place is quiet and nicely situated with a parc around. rooms are very clean and nice balcony.

Airco would have been appreciated, one table noisy fan for 3 beds. had to unplug the tv to plug the fan.

Average - 5 minute drive to the beautiful Lake

Caters more for elderly couples, plenty of parking space.

Rooms are a little dated, no air con (which is a must in Summer for the South of France.

As long as smoker rights are respected more than non-smoker rights, I will not take stay here again.

covered indoor/outdoor pool, grass and trees outside, pool access free and independent from spa, free acquagym, good meals, nice restaurant staff, bathtub

rooms too hot, cigarette and cigar smoke ruined outdoor spaces, made balcony unusable, empoisoned my room when I opened the balcony at night to get air during the canicule, not enough air in the hallways, pool closes too early.

I liked the balcony I had and the bed was confortable. The staff was very friendly.

The photos didn't really match the standard of the hotel. It looked more fancy than it was. I believe it would have been even better if there were coffee or tea in the rooms like in many other hotels.

Hotel from the past. Which is okay, but the price should match. At the restaurant nobody speaks English, neither in the Spa. In a size of a hotel like this, with Spa, I would say the minimum requirement would be to speak a language other than French.

Expensive for what you get

Good Location Good breakfast - but get there early

Breakfast was not refilled Internet was not working for us Pool is a little cold Pool Monitor is not so friendly and doesn't really monitor (we were constantly told to watch our child.....literally have eyes on him every second....so why is he there as he did not seem to be monitoring?)

The floor around the swimming pool was very slippery. Very dangerous, 3 of us nearly fell over. The shower head was old and could easily have cut someone.

Receptionist could have been polite instead of rude and unhelpful.
