very well located, very central to both Gigaro and Croix-Valmer. Free parking. Nice enough pool
Our room was visibly dirty upon arrival (sand + hairs on the floor), some items like the bed headboard were stained. The breakfast is outrageously expensive for what it is (24 euros pp) - undercooked bacon, overcooked eggs, ... Reception staff was polite but hardly displayed any warmth. Overall ok considering the region is overpriced as as a whole so we sort of expected what we got, but it has the potential to be much more than this.

The location is excellent—very nice and quiet, perfect for those who prefer to stay away from the busy city center.
The AC was good, but I believe the larger rooms need at least two AC units during the summer.

We booked it at the lastminute and just needed one night to stay before heading to another resort for a wedding venue. The view from our room was magical. The dinner we had at the hotel was very good. The pool was nice although we did not swim.
The air conditioner in the room did not work well. The room was like an old hotel although was very clean. The bed was not great. The location was good but you need a car to get into downtown.
