Big, tidy, prominent hotel. Thermen are very nice and surrounding area good with nature and history.
It was too hot. We stayed on the 3rd floor, no airco, all warmth came together in our room at the top floor. No temporary van either. Slept with window (small) open and became mosquito target.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, there were a few things that were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.
The biggest issue was the internet. It didn’t work at all on the second floor where our room was located and was only usable downstairs near the lobby and breakfast area, which was very inconvenient.
We also found the pillows quite uncomfortable—there was only one small pillow per person, which didn’t feel adequate for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Another issue was with the bathroom sink. The plug didn’t function properly and wouldn’t go up or down, so we had to manually remove it each time just to drain the water.
While the hotel itself is nice, these details made the stay less comfortable than expected for the price.

Staff were almost non-existent after 7 pm - probably because the pensioners had all gone to bed
