Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Nationalpark Zimmer war frisch renoviert, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Das Frühstück war vielfältig, es gab eigentlich alles, was man sich zum Frühstück vorstellt.
Einen Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen ist nicht günstig, aber sehr lecker und schön angerichtet!
Man kann selbst gebrautes Bier trinken.
Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und somit gab es nur Filterkaffee.
Das hat jetzt mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun, aber die Stadt war gefühlt ausgestorben und somit konnte man da nicht viel unternehmen. Wir waren zum wandern dort, aber nachmittags ein Stückchen Kuchen und einen Latte, das wäre schon toll gewesen.

The room (superior double) was very spacy and nice. The hotel is easy reachable and has enough parking space.
The staff is slightly overworked but friendly. One big minus : the credit card was fully used, not only taken as a guarantee , no, they charged the card for the full amount without consulting (we wanted to pay cash). They claim, the hotel is allowed to do so by their contract with boking.com. We obviously - as guests - do not have the same contract with bookng.com.
here some misunderstanding arise followed by discussions.

The staff is so friendly and works hard to make everyone comfortable. The room we had was large, bed was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was center to the 3 different rivers we wanted to visit and explore, the Saar, Moselle, and Nanhe. The outdoor eating garden is a relaxing place and good food.

Lot of parking space, off-noise Biergarten available, spacy and modern entrance and lift area. Small but beautiful bathroom, efficient and correct staff.
Rooms made available for Booking.com are the worst of the building: right on the noisy street! No airco, no way to keep the windows open but it was 30 degrees celsius. Not even a fan for some air.

The owner welcomed us and was at the property always. The breakfast was very good, we were asked how we would like our eggs cooked. There was plenty of coffee and a good selection on the breakfast buffet.

The room was perfect for our family, the backyard wonderful for kids to play, the owner did all he could to meet our needs.
We didnt have the chance to have dinner there (kitchen was closed) but he recommended an italian restaurant that had delicious pizza. There are supermarkets and bakeries at walking distance.
maybe to add some seasonal fruits to breakfast , some sweet breads and/or croissants

Diamondhotel is a gem, run by a motivated ad friendly team around the owner's family.
A tiny bit out of the way, but with bus stops close and regular connections a car is not a necessity but a nice to have luxury.

Very friendly staff. Great food for breakfast or dinner in the restaurant. Recommend for leisure either for a long or short period of time. You can fully relax here from cities and mega policies.

The staff was very friendly, the room was amazing and the breakfast was great. We had a great 1 night stay at Diamanthotel and would definitely like to come back.
The only 'complaint' we had is that the room was quite warm since there was no airconditioning and it was a warm day. That was to be expected however.

We were very pleased with the room. The bathroom was wonderful. The breakfast was alright. Specially thanks for the Glutenfree crackers.

A small and very cozy hotel to stay for a few days and feel very welcome. An entire staff that is interested in making its guests feel comfortable, cared for and safe. The managers were very kind and helped me whenever I need it. The room is very clean, practical, a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a very generous and appetizing buffet.
I really like home-made things; their jams and beer. A hotel that I highly recommend and that I would love to visit again in a summer.
If you are from the US make sure you find out about the restaurant hours because they are not as extended as we are used to.

Rooms are newly renovated or new. Nice bathrooms, overall enough space. Restaurant on the property is very nice with outside seating
Rooms do not have A/C and it was pretty warm. I had to keep windows open which faced the main road and traffic started shorty after 5am. Beds are two singles, do not expect to have a queen or king bed. For me it was fine since I was alone.
