La cercanía al lugar al que necesitábamos ir
La habitación que se nos asignó muy vieja, el hotel está en remodelación y necesitas usar dos elevadores, uno de los cuales tienes que salir del edificio por la banqueta del frente para acceder al estacionamiento, cosa que nadie nos explicó al llevar y tuvimos que averiguarlo solos, el servicio del restaurante pésimo también, la mesera sin ganas de atender nos ignoraba, hemos sido huéspedes por muchos años y nunca nos había tocado el mal servicio hasta hoy

The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast only included fruit, coffee and bread. It was alright but the way they organized it was a mess. They just put plastic tables and chairs in the lobby and used plastic plates and people would just leave their stuff and it looked dirty.

location was very good.
the WiFi was really slow. if you’re a remote worker and need good WiFi you may want to look elsewhere. the restaurant attached has the WiFi very limited.

The hotel does a good job in terms of service and helpfulness.
There are many little things that can improve like the shower, the quality of mattresses, the cards to access the rooms, and making the rooms quieter as you can hear what happens in the hall at any point of the day.

The food at the restaurant. The staff was awesome very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Noise level was down.
Not enough towels. The carpet was dirty and humid. It made the room smell humid . The blankets on the bed not thick enough, before they used to have some that were very fancy looking, at least that's what is pictured in their website. They down graded big time since my last visit. Hope they change I really enjoy staying there when I visit my hometown!

Too much people outside drinking and fighting but I guess cause of the bar

The restaurant.
The receptionist didn’t respect the price booking has offered. You have to reactivate your card every day past mid day because it gets blocked, it gets frustrating after the third time.

Room,location
My rate included breakfast but I only stayed some hours in the room, therefore I requested exchangd the breakfast for lunch, but the werent able for nothing, Very dissapointed not flexibility for changes to the hostest.

Most of the staff in reception was really friendly and check in/out was really fast!

It is a very old hotel, in city centre. I guess the breakfast was ok
The front desk guy was really rude, not even greeting at the entrance, really bad impression when I arrived, its old and the elevator was not clean, the room was clean but it could have been a lot better. Old and rusty carpets.
