The check in was fast and the hotel is located right across from the main bus terminal
The location is very ghetto and unsafe at night. you CANNOT walk around. There are pros--- houses everywhere. It's also very far from the nightlife area which is south. I forgot do my research this time ... The room itself is standard and the staff were nice.

Was close to everything I needed such as restaurants and general shops. The central bus station is located opposite. This hotel seems to be a stop and go place for domestic guests. Not many international travellers. I would definitely stay again.
The wifi wasn't the best in the room, I visited the hotel before and the twin rooms had much better wifi coverage.

Very convenient to the bud station and metro.
The room was small. The TV did not work. Breakfast was nothing to sneeze at. Parts of the hotel were under renovation. The neighborhood is sleazy.
