If you happen to be visiting on a Saturday, there is a great Farmers Market within the park from 8:00am – 12:30pm between April 10 – November 6, where you can stock up on fresh produce and other goodies. Renowned for its beautiful landscaping and flowers with a Japanese Garden, a Climatron geodesic dome, a whimsical Children's Garden, and a garden dedicated to George Washington Carver.
