House keeping staff really professional all team knows what they doing.
I don't like that such a nice hotel located in such a bad road .. which get filled with water just by little bit of rain .. terrible everyone have to swim and shoes get dirty if we come out of car on main entrance of hotel building ... ocal municipke department or administration is shit perhaps they not bother to take care of such things. Other wise hotel is perfect I would recommend

Location, security, cleanliness, breakfast and very good service of staff hotel and canteen.
Daily cleaning, changing towels / bedsheet, hand wash soap, saving kits, tissue papers, water bottle, tooth brush and paste were not providing without reminder or follow up. Although I think these are the very basic facilities to be provided by the hotel and it makes the difference and enhance the trust of the customers. However, all these were provided on request.

Good verify of options for breakfast
Lunch and dinner needs improvement. The Biryani served was not upto tge mark, the hotel needs to conduct training on mughlai cusine to it's staff.
