Ich war schon zum wiederholten Mal dort. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, wir bekamen morgens in der Raucherecke eine Tasse Kaffee gratis serviert; und als es am Abreise-Tag geregnet hat, konnten wir die Koffer bis 13 Uhr im Zimmer lassen.

Hatten kurzfristig gebucht und wegen spätem Check in per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen. Bekamen wirklich umgehend Antwort und man ging sofort auf unseren Sonderwunsch ein. Auch das Problem mit dem Fenster das sich nicht öffnen ließ wurde sofort gelöst plus Ventilator bekommen.

Frühstück war erstaunlich gut.
Matratzen gut, Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber, auch das Bad.
Es war kalt im Zimmer, 1 Heizkörper ging nicht .
Im Flur abgestellte Gegenstände (alte Duschwand, Staubsauger) wirkten ungemütlich.
Zigarettengeruch im Treppenhaus.
