I liked the room size
I didn’t like that you had to ask for room service every morning or they don’t clean your room.

The staff was sooo friendly, caring, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Every single person made our experience truly special.
We especially loved the daily happy hour at the pool bar and the other bars from 4–7 PM. The complimentary appetizers each day were such a great touch — and everything was absolutely delicious! We loved the Spaghetti Bolognese and the Cobb Salad with chicken so much that we honestly wanted to have them every day, lol. 😂
Our room was always very clean, and almost every evening, dinner was accompanied by a live singer, which created a lovely atmosphere.
Palm Beach is just a very short walk away. You can also take the complimentary shuttle (golf cart), which makes getting to the beach super easy. The shuttle runs from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel so special!

Honestly, there wasn’t really anything we disliked. We just would have loved to see a few more fresh vegetable options at breakfast, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or some lettuce. 😊

The property was beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a beautiful part of Aruba.
The property is not right on the beach. They did have a shuttle to and from the beach every 15 minutes. The walk back from the beach was only ten minutes if you missed the last shuttle at 6:30 pm

Bartenders & Bar Staff (Ms. Leidy) were fantastic on our stay overall. Pool area was very relaxing & lively as we met some great people from all around! Housekeeping was very tentative daily of cleaning room daily & providing essentials on request promptly.
The Front Desk personal screwed up on our room at check-in date when we had this reservation booked well in advance for a 2 QUEEN BEDS with Pool View. They gave us a room with KING BED with Pool View as our room was given away. When confronted of the mistake, they stated there were no available 2 QUEEN BEDS Rooms with Pool View available till the next day!. Unacceptable PERIOD on Courtyard Marriott part as I confirmed the room & type of room atleast 2 times within a 3 day period before we arrived. They gave us a 2 QUEEN BEDS room with no View as we really couldn't unpack & get settled like we wanted too. The next day they had the correct room type that should had been given to us in the beginning as we had to transfer our bags/luggage to new room. We finally were able to settled in the correct room fully!
The lack of customer service & attention to details completely failed with this property. There was no sense of urgency of fixing the problem on day one of our check-in date or a up-grade offered due to their mistake at check-in. Giving a credit for 1 night after you charged my card for the complete stay (which did not have credit right away...took over a week for the credit) is not fixing the problem respectfully. I will not be staying at this establishment in the future due to the front desk personnel as our DAY 1 was NOT so relaxing for us with a lot of frustration!
