Excellent location for our stay. Easy to get keys and access. Immaculately clean. Tasteful decoration.

Televisions were a little tricky to get working but we eventually mastered to out of three. We never got the one in the double bedroom to switch on, but the other two were fine for us.

Lovely property. Very clean and well maintained. Liked the layout - left outdoor shoes and jackets downstairs. Sofas and beds were comfortable and great having a dining table. Short walk into Berwick and nice quiet location. Great base for exploring Northumberland. Really enjoyed a day out at Alnwick Castle! Appreciated having a welcome pack with milk and bread etc.

Honestly nothing. We had a great stay and would happily have stayed longer!

Kitchen was a bit cramped. Especially with bins in there.
