Really well located, spacious one bedroom apartment - great for discovering Seattle - right next to a wonderful coffee & doughnut shop and in walking distance from everything.

There are a few things that I would encourage the host to consider changing for future visitors--The listing says "Onsite Parking", which led me to assume that there was a dedicated spot. This one was of the main reasons I went with this listing because parking in downtown Seattle is huge. However, the parking is actually street parking that is metered and open to all. I would change the listing or change the price of the condo; paying for parking and paying for the price of the condo is not reasonable. -It would be great if the host sent over check-in and parking information without being asked.
