The room was big and neat and clean especially for the price point it was and amazing value back

All staff members were nice except one who messed up the whole stay experience. All sort of mischievous information and acts.
Towel was missing, when asked for dodged with silly excuse. Breakfast was denied after 9 am, while it was mentioned it will served till 11 am.
Bathroom was not equipped to hang cloths

Check in was smooth at midnight, the room was clean.
No support from the person sleeping in the reception at night. He straight away said don't ask for anything as there is no staff at night.
I had a 3 year old child with me who wanted something to eat at night which I couldn't ask for.
The next day complimentary breakfast was served cold. I had to pay & order something to eat.
No help with luggage handling while check in & check out.
