Welcoming staff and made jokes with us, spoke multiple languages beside English and Deutsch. Room was very nice and comfortable, nice view from the 3rd floor. “Mountain water” was very nice.
Breakfast was gone after 30-45 mins, there was still food but significantly less. Lady kept trying to refill what she could.

Breakfast was really nice. Staff was incredibly nice too. I was late at check in and the lady left keys for me without any problems. 10/10 hospitality. Parking is available for free right in front of the hotel which is great. Great location too.
The rooms were quite old style and bathroom was tiny. Also few spider webs here and. Also had a little visit from a spider in the shower. Also there was no lifts which made slightly difficult for my disabled wife as we was on the top floor. Another thing was some of the lights weren’t working in our corridors which made slightly difficult see at night.

my single Room was quiet and had good enwuite bathroom w comfy bed and mountain view which I think all rooms will have.. I was lent a kettle and plus adaptors as swiss sockets are unique 3 pins. Great buffet breakfast included.. best value for money stay on my Interrail trip. Great location near mountain railway station and many paths so was able to get around by train, bus and foot very easily.
Breakfast was served in a large lounge-restaurant also set up for winter evenings but locked up at other times when I was there in late Sept. It would have been nice to have had it open for sitting in to read etc even without heating as my room was small and the intenet signal was weak on the top floor. Lift was also broken which meant hauling luggage up a lot of stairs without an offer of help.

Location is good. from outside the hotel was nice
the hotel needs a lot of refurbishment. quite old, elevator not working. old rooms and interior. staff not really friendly. seems they do not live what they are doing.
