Nestled in Brigantine, this lovely house for $715 per night is a great option for your next break. Ten houses from the beach in Brigantine with 3 stories, balconies, fenced backyard, 3500+ sq. ft., 5 bedroom and 4 full bathrooms; enough for a big family or multiple families to enjoy with plenty of entertainment space. Ample on-site parking, you are greeted with a first floor deck with seating and enter into a great-room (TV / Game-room) that provides an extra living space. This floor also includes two of the 5 bedrooms, both of which have access to the backyard & back deck. The first floor also includes a shared full bathroom and full size washer dryer as well. Use the wide open stairs or the elevator to get to the 2nd floor which includes a light and airy kitchen which is an open concept to the dining area and window-ladened family room that includes a gas fireplace. The sliding patio door opens to the huge 2nd floor deck for relaxing and dining. This floor also provides the 2nd bedroom and its shared full bathroom. The 3rd floor offers a spacious primary bedroom suite with huge walk in closet, a sitting area with desk and sliding patio door to your own private deck. The primary suite also includes a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub & tiled shower. This floor also provides the 5th bedroom with its own on suite bathroom. All three floors are accessible using the in-house elevator which is great for move in / move out days. Ample closet space is provided throughout. A very quick walk (only 10 houses away) to the pristine Brigantine beaches. Come and make great memories at our shore house this summer!

Foe the second year, our family had a reunion at this fantastic location. All we needed to bring were sheets, towels, food, and ourselves, everything else was provided. On the second floor is the kitchen, well-stocked with small & large appliances, pots & pans of every size, lots of placemats and kitchen towels, and loads of seating at the dining room table and kitchen counter. The living room has three sofas from which we were able to watch TV. This floor also has a bedroom. The kids in the family liked the first floor family room, which had games and foosball, a family favorite! There are also two bedrooms and a laundry room on that floor (excellent washer & dryer, and also a much needed clothes rack!) My husband and I especially loved the master suite, with its own bathroom, and a humungous closet! Here you will find the iron and ironing board, needed before our trips to fine restaurants in Atlantic City). Another feature we truly loved was the elevator! As someone who has difficulty with stairs, this luxury enabled me to enjoy a vacation with my large family so close to the beach. Speaking of the beach, the garage contains sand toys, plenty of beach chairs, two Wonder Wheelers, and a Weber grille. This house is the best! Neat, clean, very contemporarily furnished, with a bathroom on every floor (two on the third). There is a porch on the first floor, a large deck on the second, and a very private deck on the third. I ❤️ it!

The house was beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of room to spread out if you are a big group. The outdoor terrace was amazing. The host was super responsive. The beach is just 3 blocks away. The beach was nice but the town is very quiet not much going on at night. Atlantic City is a 5-10 minute Uber ride so it’s right there if you are looking for nightlife. So you have the best of both worlds. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was very nice. Only one bike worked and we wanted to use then. Plenty of things for the beach. Grill was great. We did not like that we had to take 4 days of garbage to dump. This should be taken care of by cleaning crew. We cooked a lot and kitchen was great. Choices on tv were great. Main deck was so enjoyable. Walk to beach was easy. People around were very friendly.

This shore home is beautiful with just the right number of bedrooms and bed configurations to suit our extended family ( including small children and several members' significant others.) Clean, comfortable, light-filled and spacious with all the helpful amenities and then some. We could not access the beach 2 blocks from the house due to beach restoration this year but the short drive to swim was very manageable. Easy, clear communication with owner regarding check-in and check-out procedures. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

Just got back from a wonderful week at this property. My family and in-laws typically spend a week somewhere at the Jersey Shore, and this was the best house we've stayed at, hands down. The house is in fantastic condition, and I can't begin to explain how well stocked the house is with not just kitchen supplies, but toys/games, beach supplies, etc. There is a ton of room if you want to be apart, but really great open living spaces for everyone to gather in when you want to be together. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms as well in the house- everything is just in great condition. You can really tell the owners take great pride in this house- and it shows. My entire family had a great time, and the kids were honestly sad to go when we packed up the car. That is the sign of a vacation well done!

Our extended family of 12 had plenty of room in this beautiful house! We especially enjoyed the decks. The house has the best stocked kitchen, a short walk to the beach, and was very clean. Would recommend 100%!

This very nice, clean house was perfect for our family vacation. They provided 10 beach passes and a number of beach chairs. What a perk! Manager was very receptive to minor issues that came up during the week. Highly recommend this property.

The house is well maintained and clean. The bedrooms on the first floor were disappointing and we did not utilize. The mattresses were very poor and you could feel the springs in them, felt more like a box springs, mattresses in other rooms aside from master were very squeaky. House overall was nice and location to beach was good. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Overall the house has a great layout for a weekly beach vacation for the extended family. The house is located on the north end of the island which is the better beach location in my opinion, short walk through the dunes and short walk to the water compared to the middle and south part of the island.
