The main floor features an open style family room with kitchen & dining room. 2nd Floor Main living area has 42' plasma HD TV with theater surround sound and Crestron media technology throughout home including front balcony stereo sound. Fully equipped kitchen and two laundry rooms (1st & 2nd floors). 3rd Floor living area has Twin Bunk beds, sofa, chairs and TV. Master Bedroom suite inludes 36' plasma HD TV w/ surround sound & large master bathroom with tub & large shower. 1st Floor Bedrooms include two Queen beds and two twin beds. 2nd Floor Bedrooms each have one Queen bed. Two front balconies/decks (2nd & 3rd floor) and one balcony off Master bedroom in rear. Two-car garage and additional parking on driveway, two gas fireplaces, double sinks in each full bathroom. Home is conveniently located 5 - 10 minutes to AC Casinos & Boardwalk for both day & night entertainment. There is plenty of fine/casual dining & shopping nearby. The following day after our daughters wedding, we looked for the perfect retreat to both celebrate this special occasion and unwind from the journey we’d all taken to get to this day. This property served as the perfect solution for the group. The amenities are many and we enjoyed the property to the maximum. We hope to use it again soon if possible.

We walked into a house that was incredibly clean and accommodated our family of 15 adults and kids easily. The large bunk room and play area combo was a hit for the kids. The main floor was plenty big with a kitchen and several sitting areas. The outdoor patios worked great and the pool was a hit with the kids. There were no material issues all week. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was a great vacation for our group of 3 families. The house was clean, spacious and full of amenities, with an easy, short walk to the beach. As this was our first time in Brigantine, the hosts provided plenty of info on the area and were easy to communicate with when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great! A short block to the beach. Although the pool was small it was a great addition. The kids often took a dip before and after the beach. Was in walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants.

My family & extended family (8 adults & 4 kids) stayed at this home. It was our first time visiting Brigantine Beach & we loved it! The house was so spacious and better than the pictures portrayed! There was plenty of room for everyone and the walk to the beach was so easy, even with children! There was also lots of beach accessories available in the garage for use. We really appreciated the wagon! The pool area was great as well with a table and lounge chairs to use. Overall, a very great experience and we'll definitely be back again! The only thing that was difficult was having to provide the bedsheets...our family only has queen sheets at home, so we had to buy king and twins sheets for the trip. But again, overall, such a good vacation home!

We’ve taken beach vacations in Ocean City NJ for nearly 20 years running but recently our family has grown dramatically. We’ve had a hard time finding an affordable house that we can all fit in without killing one another. When we decided to try this house in Brigantine we were all a little skeptical that it could match our Ocean City tradition. Wow were we wrong! The house is fantastic. Large enough for everyone to breath yet great for gathering. Every thing we needed was there. Parking was readily available for our 5 vehicles. The beach is steps away and we simply loved it. When it got a tad crowded the pool was a great escape for kids and grownups alike. There was ample beach equipment so that lessened the stuff to take . In the past when we had infants to young to stay long a beach they had to sit back and watch tv or some other diversion. The pool allowed for them to enjoy themselves if they had to leave beach. The owners were great in communication and provided all we needed. I would highly recommend this home if you have a large clan!!! Hope to rent it again next summer.

The photos don’t do this place justice because my first thought when we opened the door is wow! It’s an amazing place with plenty of space. One block away from the beach was so amazing. The area was so nice and plenty of things to do there. Would highly recommend!

House was immaculate and perfectly located. Communications by the host were timely and detailed. Check in was made easy and straightforward. Host left detailed directions for entry and exit protocols and left recommendations on food and other amenities close by. The house was a perfect layout for us (two families with kids plus grandma). The rooms are large and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms. The heated pool was wonderful and a short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was everything we could have wanted for my family (4 adult children with their partners and 1 baby)!! The location, so close to the beach was amazing and the pool was wonderful for my 7 month old grandson!! A big bonus was all the each stuff in the garage (chairs, beach buggy, umbrellas, etc)!! Thank you for a wonderful week of family memories that put a smile on this mamas face!!

My family of 13 had the most wonderful week together in this beautiful home. The spacious gathering areas, large bedrooms, and fun pool were all incredible! The proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. Owner was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Can’t wait to book next year!

This was the perfect property for my family. Some of us traveled from Texas and Florida. When we arrived, we were shocked by how beautiful the property was (the pictures do not do it enough justice). The pool was a great amenity for the young swimmers of the group!

This home is beautiful and perfect for large groups! It features tons of open living space and a large deck with great furniture to accommodate a large group! The backyard/ pool area is another great space to entertain! Though it didn’t really interfere with our stay, one of the decks and showers were not accessible. Overall, we had great stay and would highly recommend this place! Great location and owner was superrrrrr nice!
