About this house rental
200 8th St. South is in the perfect Location in Brigantine. A heated in-ground pool with LED lighting and all new landscaping. There are 7 bedrooms to accommodate extended families or multiple families with children. Only 1 block to beach access. Huge driveway plus plenty of free on street parking. Easily walkable to shops, and restaurants. 4 first floor bedrooms and two and half first floor bathrooms for anyone uncomfortable with stairs. 2 spacious master suites bedrooms with bathrooms on second floor.
All bath towels, linens, and bedding are included. Just bring your beach towels. We also provide a propane grill with propane included, numerous beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, toys, and beach passes (only needed from mid-June to Labor)
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. PLEASE NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE PARTIES. SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
****POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY THROUGH EARLY OCTOBER AND CLOSED FOR THE WINTER**** ALL POOL EQUIPMENT IS MONITORED AND LOCKED, NOT TO BE ALTERED OR PLAYED WITH IN ANY WAY.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday through summer.

The property was so much better than what the picture showed. The house is massive and the pool was a wonderful touch. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and we loved the grill and outdoor shower. The host was readily available via text and phone call with any issues or concerns that arose during our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect home! Communication and check in was so easy. The photos don’t do the property justice - there was so much space. We had a large group, and every couple had their own room and bathroom. The location is ideal, and even though it was January, we took several walks to the beach. Would love to stay here again.
