Cabin was perfect for anniversary weekend! Decorated phenomenally, hot tub worked, pool table was great. Overall had the secluded feel we like. If there was only one thing I would change/suggest is to find a way to add a small tv in the bedroom upstairs. Other than that there is literally nothing to complain about. It was wonderful!

Weekend retreat for me and my wife. Pros: Perfect size for us. Wonderful views. Private and quiet. Nice deck and hot tub. Communication was excellent. As advertised. Cons: If we had to say something … Mattress could use an update but was still ok for us. Would have liked to have had some firewood on site for the wood burning fireplace but we bought some in town.

They have got to get a bear proof garbage container. I am shocked that this isn't some sort of law for rentals in the smokies. Our first night we were not there more than an hour. My husband went to the car and ran into a very large bear. He came right to the porch and grabbed the garbage container looking for food, so he is very familiar with food being left. The next day we did stop by the Cabins for you office and let them know our concerns about the garbage situation. They said they would come by and pick up on Friday, no one showed up. IF YOU RENT THIS CABIN, PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR TRASH ON THE DECK, YOU ARE KILLING A BEAR! The cabinet above the refrigerator is pulling off the wall.The microwave is on a crazy slant, so the door continues to slam shut.Kitchen sink faucet crazy small & very wiggly needs to be tightened.Flooring in kitchen was peeling up and crackled after walking on.Brighter bulbs all lighting is very dim except dining room table light.Queen bed on mail level is like a slab of cementCeiling fan in mail level bedroom was not stable but didn't fall on usThe porch swing with broken slatsThe view needs to be updated as trees have clearly grown since photo was takenHot tub is not one pictured, I would HATE to have to share with another couple, way too smallListing photo shows a couch, we had a love seatThe loft shower leaks like a waterfall into the main floor bathroomNo washer/dryer or ice maker
