Nestled in Big Lake, this lovely house for $641 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: New modern and artsy lake house located on Big Lake. Large deck on main floor and incredible views of Big Lake and the surrounding mountains. Lodge includes waterfront private dock, WiFi, self check-in, wood burning fireplace, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, complimentary Keurig coffee and tea bar, indoor gym, shuffle board, dart board, foosball table, jenga, cornhole, connect 4, free parking, and private entrance. Outside has a fire pit and hot tub on the lower level. BRAND NEW GAME ROOM! The Space: The lake house is an extra large space with a full kitchen, laundry room, and a master suite with walk-in duel rain showers. There are three dedicated bedrooms, a murphy bed and additional queen bed. Upstairs living space for gathering around the fireplace/stove, a kitchen table for games and puzzles, and a full kitchen for making any meals you'd like. The TV room is great for reading, relaxing, or watching Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ (all complimentary with your stay). There is a massive deck on the upper level with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. We also have lake access and private deck/dock. We have a small indoor gym located in the garage for guests to use. Guest Access: Approximately 2000 square ft. Upper level for entertaining and the master suite. Lower level rooms and laundry room. Private deck and detached waterfront deck and dock. The Neighborhood: Big Lake is known for its Snowmachine trails in the winter and summertime lake activities. The lake house is a few miles from downtown Big Lake and located on the lake itself. Getting Around: There is plenty of room for onsite parking for multiple vehicles. No public transportation is available to the house and most individuals drive to any nearby location. Other Things to Note: This property is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. Liability Waiver: You understand that the use of the wood-burning stove, gym equipment, kayaks/swimming in the lake, and hot tub are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with fireplaces, stoves, and hot tubs. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the stove, fireplace, and hot tub, and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that a wood-burning stove, gym equipment, kayaks/swimming in the lake, and hot tubs, and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person in the cabin if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the stove, gym equipment, kayaks/swimming in the lake, or hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the wood-burning stove or hot tub. We had the best time spending weekend in the house. Check in process was very smooth, house is so clean and feels new. Kitchen is fully stocked not just with the basic items, but also has coffee, spices etc. Hot tub and kayaks were great and everyone liked having them. The views from the house and around the property of the lake are spectacular!! Hope to be back next summer and absolutely recommend for booking! Hosts were quick to respond to a few questions we had during our stay and were helpful with providing additional information on things to do in the area.

We had a great time. The property is roomy and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. Very modern so the house was a little noisy. Living room furniture was not great for relaxing. Also nicely located for day trips around the Mat-Su valley.

Had a great visit to Alaska. Staying here was very nice. A little disappointed that the kayaks weren't available to use on this trip and not being able to I use the fire pit but you can't help a burn ban. But the host was very responsive and we felt very well taken care of.

So refreshing to stay in a contemporary, beautifully decorated house on Big Lake. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need including an upgraded Keurig that makes lattes! Views of the lake are fabulous. We thought the Murphy bed shown with the queen bed were in a loft but they are right off the kitchen in an open area so if you are using those beds there is no privacy. House and furnishings are all top notch!

The place was amazing. Our group had the best experience and are already talking to our friends and family about booking the place again. It had a wonderful view and the fireplace outside was wonderful. Also, the host was always quick at responding. Truly was an amazing experience.

We loved staying here! Very modern, clean, and well situated in a nice location right on big lake. Trent was easy to communicate with and responded back quickly. Touch-less entry was seamless and well designed. Would definitely recommend!
