It provides hiking trails and recreational diversity, including snowshoeing and cross country skiing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and many other recreational pursuits. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level) 2nd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds (Upper Level). The main floor has a living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath. The second floor has a sitting area with game table, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a half bath. The Seldom Inn has two TVs with satellite service, one in the living room and one upstairs in the second bedroom's sitting area. WiFi is also provided. The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
