Nagyon kedves személyzet, nagyon szép, tiszta szoba, a medence környéke is hangulatos, a víz pont jó. Foglalástól az érkezésig is minden kérdésünkre hamar és készségesen válaszoltak, mindenben igyekeztek a segítségünkre lenni.
Valóban nagyon behallatszik a zaj a Plázs és a sétáló felől, ezzel számolni kell annak, aki idejön, viszont minden más tökéletes.

Imádtuk baratnőmmel az elhelyezkedését és hogy éjszaka bármikor ki tudtunk menni csavarogni, mindennap ki volt cserélve a kukáinkban a szemeteszsák meg volt mindig új wc papír illetve az aug3.-án dolgozó portás(?!!) barna kicsit göndör hajú hölgy az ott eltöltött napjaink során többször is megdicsért engem és a barátnőmet hogy milyen csinosak vagyunk, imádtuk őt! Nagyon finik és változatosak voltak a reggelik. Meg haha sok tukör volt mindenhol ugyhogy ezért is oda voltunk!

Locality was very good, eventough it was very loud. Because of this, we really appreciated earplugs we got as a part of the equipment there. They also tried to have glutenfree bread for the breakfast - there were options, but no signs and no information about the food at all (meaning the alergens or at least what it is).
The staff was not very good in english and the comunication about even quite basic things was worse. The room was not completely clean, under the bed were some crumbles and even after asking room servise for cleaning, nothing except the bins changed. I was expecting at least cleaning of the bathroom. The drain in the shower was very hardly working so I asked the stuff for fixing it and nothinf happened.
