The flat is very large and can easily accommodate more than ten guests. Mr. Abbas, the owner, is a friendly and cooperative man. We had forgotten our phone in the apartment, which he promptly sent to our Istanbul hotel via courier on time. His efforts and cooperation were much appreciated.
No one else is staying in the 6 storey building, which looks scary at night, the lift is small and slow, there are only 2 bathrooms for this large apartment, and communication is difficult because the owner only speaks Turkish or Arabic. We were surprised that there were no toiletries provided.There was also no microwave. Restaurants, stores, and other services are within 12-15 minutes' walking distance.
