Great location, wonderful place to stay.

gentleman knocked on the door demanding to know who we were! awkward moment telling him we had booked the property.

Modern decor, facilities provided, courtyard parking

In a message from the host it gave the impression that if travelling by car we were to find unrestricted parking within 200m nearby, which would have been almost impossible as so congested and no good at all . . .apart from the original advert stating free private parking I found it odd that it wasn't clear that parking in the courtyard was what we were supposed to do? in fact only seeing other residents doing this prompted me to! . . but still not sure whether we were ok to do so? . . . this in my view is a major selling point in an area so heavily congested with vehicles and should be made totally clear in future ... apart from that, a perfect place to stay

Nothing really. We were both really happy and sad to leave. Hastings has so much to offer. We will have to return!

The property was a lovely little house, situated in a great location, it had everything you could possibly need. Bed was comfortable had a lovely sleep great location. Doug was very helpful when I thought I wouldn’t be able to go on the trip and was prompt at replying to messages. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Our event got cancelled we was attending as the weather was awful so relaxed in the front room on a comfy sofa watching tv, was very cosy.
