Decent, but inadequate in amenities and comfort.

The kitchen was very badly equipped--no coffee maker, no toaster, broken and soiled cups and cooking utensils. Sparse cutlery for even two people. One set of towels for an entire week stay was also inadequate. Attempts to correct these deficiencies were only partially satisfied, with property manager responding to lack of coffee maker stating that this particular item was not specifically listed in the offering--yet this was an apartment stay in which we had to prepare our own meals! The cleanliness of the apartment was quite mixed--some dirty dishes, poor cleaning of some floors. Also there was a lack of towel bars for drying used towels in bath or kitchen.

El agua caliente no alcanza para dos personas. El termo es chico y de recuperación lenta. Si uno se baña, el.siguiente deberá esperar al menos 30.minutos para tener agua caliente. La cochera no está a la vuelta.Esta a 180 metros (casi dos cuadras). Llevar equipaje es un real dolor de cabeza. Y detalles que son simplemente reparables: una pata de la mesa de luz rota. Luces quemadas, Bacha del baño suelta. Todo muy desprolijo.

La empatía que tubo el anfitrión al tener en cuenta la situación delicada que estabamos pasando y amoldarse al horario. El lugar es cálido e impecables. Super recomendable.

Totalmente recomndable

Muchas veces viajo a Rosario por trabajo y por suerte esta vez di con este Departamento... La Atención y facilidad para coordinar la reserva, la limpieza y organización en el funcionamiento del Depto es impecable, muy practico el sistema de recepción y devolución de llaves y el Depto es súper amplio, guarde el auto en la cochera y me maneje caminando a todos los lugares... Volveré...
