If you’re visiting Salado for golf, a wine festival, Highland games, antiquing, boutiquing, sky diving, lake day, or a day-trip to Waco, Georgetown, or Austin you deserve a luxurious home base. You’ll enjoy Coffee overlooking the green; Grill and eat out taking in the creek view; Have a glass of wine while watching the sunset; Or cook inside in the furnished kitchen. Up to six guests will enjoy this three bedroom two bath vacation getaway. If you have some work to do, you'll enjoy the high speed WiFi. If you don't, you'll enjoy the streaming TV service, board games, or the ping-pong table. And if you are here for golfing, just walk across the street to get started! When you're all done check out the massage chair! It's a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We're sorry, but in order to accommodate guests with allergies, we do not allow pets at this location.

My 92 yr old dad and 3 of his grown adult kids and spouse attended his brothers anniversary party. The house was perfect for his and my sister. In-law's handicap needs. The walkin' shower in the master was amazing.
The accommodations we're beautifully appointed the view from the deck was serene. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the wildlife. We were so convenient to everywhere we needed to go. This is a great house, and the hose are extremely accommodating.

The property is beautiful and well appointed. The deck overlooking the golf course was great for watching all the wildlife - lots of deer. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly, welcoming and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I hope to stay there again. Loved it!

Looking for a quiet place to reconnect with friends, and this listing did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings with our coffee and watching the golfers hit up to the green. Very relaxing for us -- but not for some of the golfers that we saw splash the creek with their shots!

The purpose of our stay was to relax with family from the Austin area. We have rented a few VRBO properties on our previous visits and all of them have been very nice. This one is exceptional. For starters, Solado is such a neat little city. Arts and craft options are many. This property is on a 27 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr, golf course and overlooks the fourth hole on one of the nines. It is beautifully appointed with upscale TVs in most rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a great gas grill and a hot tub. Brookshire Brothers grocery is a stone's throw from the house and has everything you could hope to find in Austin. All the rooms and beds were very comfortable. And then there's the chair. You have to try the massage chair. Incredible.
Communication with the host was very professional and efficient. They took care of every one of our questions. This will be our go-to place for our future visits to central Texas.

My husband and I spent a few nights at this condo recently. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Complimentary snacks, hot tub, even a massage chair. Large windows in every room, with a view of the creek and the beautiful golf course. The balcony was large, with a beautiful view. We even spotted several deer across the creek , along with the
occasional egret and heron. Thank you to Cindy and Todd for a relaxing mini vacay.

My sister and I spent a few days at this property and it was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio during the day and the hot tub was an added bonus. We cooked a couple/three meals in the very well stocked kitchen and relaxed in the comfy living room in front of the fireplace. We made sure to make use of the amazing massage chair, too. Overall, this is a very nice and extremely clean property in a fun little town. Communication with the owners was friendly and welcoming. They really do care about you as a guest in their home. This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever rented. The owners were very nice & made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing views of Salado Creek & Mill Creek Golf Course. The house was clean, beds comfy, so no complaints at all with anything. We will definitely be back!

I cannot even tell you how beautiful this place is! Deer in the yard, so peaceful and calm and quiet. We didn't see or hear a person the whole time we were there besides golfers! Our son is 7 and said he didn't want to leave - beds were SO comfy! All the TV's are smart and of course that was good for our child ;) We made full use of the hot tub and ping pong table - we even used the washer and dryer YUCK - it was nice but who wants to do that on vacation LOL And let me tell you about the town - we were lucky enough to catch the Christmas Stroll, cute shops, nice restaurants, super nice people! Love the antique stores! My husband asked if we could move there! The neighborhood is better than awesome!! SO nice and such a great price for all that you get! My favorite part was making a coffee - all provided - and just sitting on the deck - so relaxing!! We would love to know who lives across the pond! The houses are huge and so beautiful - we were hoping for a house party and were going to invite ourselves LOL Son loves the welcoming snacks!!! I really could go on and on

Great time with friends. Beautiful place inside and out. Loved watching the deer each morning while drinking my coffee. Great location for shopping on main and a short trip to the Georgetown Square. Will come again!

Beautiful view of the golf course. The property has deer everywhere. We had plenty of space for the 3 of us(though we could have had more people join us). We enjoyed the neighbors and will certainly look to return.

Property was very clean and seemed to have been updated recently. Beautiful view of the golf course with a large deck, within walking distance of the clubhouse. Was in town for a golf tournament and was in the perfect location. Would stay there again in the future.

You will love this place. The pictures do not do this property justice. Conveniently located, it is just like being home away from home. We will definitely rebook when we come back.

Home away from home
The property was immaculate. Too bad we were not golfers as it is the perfect location for that. The grandchildren loved it and especially enjoyed watching the deer. The only complaint I had was the heat during our stay but not much you can do about that. Fortunately we had an oasis to stay in.

Peaceful Place with Plentiful Perks
Everything was perfect for the 6 of us! There was
plenty of room, comfy beds, and a peaceful view of the creek and golf course. We loved watching the deer! Hosts were very attentive and quick to reply!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The owners put a lot of thought and care into the amenities, including a coffee station, snack basket, and comfy places to rest and relax throughout. Everything was clean and easy to find. And we appreciated that the owners took the time to reach out and ensure everything was going well. They were very responsive and friendly.

We were in town for an event at the Bell County Expo and we could be there in 10min or less.
Enjoyed getting up every morning, drinking coffee on the back patio and watching the deer walk across the creek! Very peaceful!

They even provided a Snack Basket. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. Check in/out was easy and the property is very secure.
Our first attempt to find the property was interrupted by road construction but we found an alternative route. You need to use a map app at night as the roads are winding and through residential areas.
Could not have asked for a better place to stay with our cousins for a nice Holiday get-together.
