Location is perfect, as we wanted to explore the many waterfalls in the area and in Munduk. The bungalow was comfortable, and the views were beyond. I loved the little hiking trail on the property. Apart from the breakfast the restaurant was really good! I am vegetarian, and the veg options were super tasty, especially in comparison with most hotels. Breakfast was fine, not good, not bad, but fine :)

We had one of the big rooms, and it was amazing. It’s very quiet and intimate. It feels like you’re alone in the jungle. It also had a screen with netflix and a free minibar. Room service was quick and at no additional cost. The hotel maintains harmony with the surrounding nature and tries to be as sustainable as possible. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was good as well (although portions were a bit small for big eaters like us). The pool is heated, so it is enjoyable even when the weather is colder. They offer a free shuttle to nearby waterfalls and you can also rent a scooter. Staff are very attentive and nice.

What a great find this hotel was. I loved every minute of my stay here. We were a party of 8 people and had 4 of the wooden cabins on the levels 3 and 4. The cabins were very spacious, well equipped and cleaned daily. We also had a balcony. The trek through the grounds was one of the highlights, the variety and beauty of flowers incredible. It got cold during the night but we asked at the reception and was given blankets and a small heater. The views from the heated swimming pool and from the restaurant are amazing. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

-No Air conditioning in the rooms, it can get hot during the day with the sun, AC is a must nowadays.
-Breakfast has very limited choices.
-Staff is unhelpful, I got injured during my trip and they were not able to tell me where to go for a check up.
